When customers are satisfied with our work, it means that we are fulfilling our responsibilities and following our mission of providing exceptional cleaning services. We want to provide certain benefits to customers that support our business and give the word out about our services through our customer loyalty program. It is a point-based program in which customers accumulate points through a variety of ways. The most important aspect of our customer loyalty program is the right to a free cleaning service.

• First time clients- 25 points
• Ongoing customers- 5 pts per cleaning
• Referral- 15 pts
• Leave a review on each platform- 5 pts each (FB, IG, Google, Nextdoor)
• Follow our page on (IG and FB)- 5 pts each
• Repost our company and tag us on your page- 5 pts

Rules:

Once you have reached 100 points- you have joined the hundred club
Reward- 25% off next cleaning

Once a customer has reached 200 points- they have joined the two-hundred club
Reward- 50% off next cleaning

Once a customer has reached 300 pts-
Reward- 75% off next cleaning

Once a customer has reached 400 pts-
Reward- next cleaning is free
