Yes, you can. Canceling 24 hours before your service date will enable you to avoid a $40.00 service charge fee.
You can provide us with a key that we would store in our secured lock box. The key will only be issued out to the team designated to clean. If you have keyless entry to your home, you can create a code we can use to gain access through the front door/garage.
Our payment preference is credit or debit card, which we securely keep on file. We DO NOT accept cash as a form of payment.
Our company is bonded and insured.
We bring our own equipment and supplies. If you have a preference of what you would like us to use, we ask that you sign a waiver giving us rights to your products. We’re not responsible for any of the damages that may occur to your products.
We just ask that you leave any special instructions in the notes section of the order on our website or you can call to ensure we know which rooms you want to be cleaned.
We use color-coded microfiber towels. We pride ourselves on keeping your home safe and sanitary. The color-coded towels prevent cross-contamination.
Our goal is to send the same team each visit but please keep in mind that our crews may take sick leave, vacation etc. We would have to send a different fully trained professional team.
No, you don’t have to be at home. Most of our customers prefer not being there when we clean.
We ask that you prevent them from entering the areas we clean. Just for safety and sanitary precautions, our teams are not permitted to clean any animal feces, blood, or urine.
We ask that you give us a call within 24 hours of the service. We will go back and re-clean the areas that were missed. We also ask that you take a picture so we can use as reference.
We ask that you do your best to provide a clutter-free environment. This increases our efficiency and productivity, especially when cleaning the hard to get areas. For more information please see our preparing for cleaning checklists.
