Prepare for Cleaning

In order to provide the best cleaning services to your residence or commercial property, we would like to inform individuals to prepare themselves when the Cleaning Agents arrive at your establishment.

For homeowners and renters, we would like to state to pick up and clean any clutter, perform certain arrangements such as moving furniture, in order to provide the best cleaning services. We can guarantee that your home will be clean to the fullest extent when you prepare for our services.

For commercial customers, let your employees and other members of your business know that a cleaning team will arrive in order to prevent any form of confusion. Your employees can work while our cleaning agents perform cleaning services without any major interruptions.

Preparing for cleaning

Cleaning Checklists:

With a standard cleaning from The Cleaning Agents, we will ensure your home is spotless. For our first time customers, we strongly encourage you to choose a Deep Cleaning.

LIVING ROOM/BEDROOMS
  • Vacuum and mop all floors & staircase
  • Upholstered furniture vacuumed
  • Dust windowsills, decorations and wall hangings
  • Dust furniture
  • Dust reachable ceiling fans and blinds
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Dust and spot clean cabinet exteriors
  • Make beds (Sheets are changed if available)
  • General cleaning
  • Trash emptied and relined
KITCHEN
  • Clean exterior of refrigerator, stove, oven
  • Tables and chairs
  • Clean interior of microwave
  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
  • Hand wipe exterior of small appliances
  • Dust and spot clean cabinet exteriors
  • Trash emptied
  • Vacuum and mop floors
BATHROOMS
  • Clean and sanitize tub and shower inside and out
  • Clean and sanitize all counters, backsplashes and sink
  • Scrub and disinfect toilets inside and out
  • Towels nicely hung and folded
  • Dust and spot clean cabinet exteriors
  • Clean mirrors and fixtures
  • Vacuum and mop floors

THINGS WE DO NOT CLEAN

  • We will not clean blood, feces, vomit or urine from neither humans nor animals
  • Laundry or fold/hang any clothes (towels and bed sheets may be washed and placed in dryer)
  • Move heavy furniture (including beds, mattresses, chest drawers, etc.)
  • We do not remove books from bookshelves
  • Under furniture/sofas (We will only vacuum what the vacuum can reach)
  • Dishes (dishes will be placed inside the dishwasher if it is empty, but we do not hand wash).
  • We do not wash walls
  • We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder.
  • We do not clean outside areas, we recommend a window cleaning or power washing company
  • We cannot guarantee complete pet odor removal (we will do our best)
  • Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely

Our Deep Cleaning Services include our standard cleaning services as well as the following:

  • Clean woodwork (baseboards, ledges, and windowsills)
  • Spot Clean Doors
  • Wipe cabinet exterior, light fixtures, door knobs
  • Clean interior sliding glass doors and/French doors
  • Clean Light Switch Plates
  • Remove all cushions and vacuum the creases.
  • Also, move the couch to clean underneath it and behind it if it sits against a wall.
  • Wipe down doors and doorframes for fingerprints and smudges.
  • Clean underneath area rugs
